It is the miniature version of our H36. 

It is a planispheric planispheric astrolabe, whose development is based on the original one made by Diya'al Din Muhammad (Lahore, 1647). 

The stars and other calculations were updated to ensure its operation. Calculated for 22º latitude (Mecca).

The original piece is in the Adler Planetarium & Astronomy Museum, Chicago.
