Our Gentleman's Eau De Vie Medicinal range is a cheeky nod to the days when a little bottle of brandy was kept in the medicine cabinet! The Sloe berry is the fruit of the Blackthorn tree and has a cherry or plum flavour. Often used in gin, we infuse the berries into our brandy instead and add a touch of port to round it off. Enjoy along with a soft cheese platter or mix one part to 2 parts dry ginger ale for a summery version!
